Terms of Service

Effective October 1, 2026

1. Who we are

GrowTweet (the "Service", available at growtweet.space) is operated by Samirts ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Who can use GrowTweet

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You must have a valid X account in good standing. If you use GrowTweet for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for it.

3. What GrowTweet does

GrowTweet shows you what is performing in your niche on X, drafts posts and replies in your voice with AI, finds conversations where you could help, schedules posts, and runs optional automations. The features in your plan are listed on the pricing section and the Plan & billing page in the app.

• Replies you send yourself. Replies drafted in Discover and Opportunities open in X's own reply box. You post them, GrowTweet doesn't.
• Things GrowTweet does with your permission. When you schedule a post, turn on Autopilot, or turn on an automation (Auto Plug, Auto Repost, Delete check, Auto DM), GrowTweet acts through the official X API, using the access you granted when you connected X. Each one only runs after you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time.
• Delete check deletes posts. If you turn it on, posts that stay below your threshold are deleted from X, and deleted posts cannot be recovered.

4. Your X account and X's rules

You are responsible for your X account and for everything posted, replied, reposted, deleted or sent from it, including content drafted by GrowTweet. You agree to follow the X Terms of Service, the X Rules and X's automation rules. GrowTweet includes pacing limits and spam checks meant to help you stay within those rules, but they don't guarantee that X won't limit, lock or suspend an account. We aren't responsible for actions X takes on your account.

You can revoke GrowTweet's access at any time in X under Settings, then Security and account access, then Apps and sessions, then Connected apps.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use GrowTweet to:

• send spam, bulk unsolicited replies, mentions or DMs, or post the same content over and over;
• harass, threaten, impersonate or mislead anyone, or post illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content;
• manipulate engagement, for example follow-for-follow, buying engagement or coordinated inauthentic activity;
• get around X's limits or GrowTweet's own limits, or run GrowTweet on accounts you don't own or manage;
• copy, resell, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with its security or performance.

We may suspend features or accounts that break these rules or put other users, X accounts or the Service at risk.

6. AI-written content

Drafts, replies, rewrites and suggestions are written by AI from your voice settings and public posts. They can be wrong, outdated or unsuitable, and they may resemble content written for other people. Review everything before it is posted. Where a draft needs a fact only you know, it uses a [bracketed placeholder]; replace it before posting. You are responsible for anything you publish.

7. Your content

You own the content you create or upload: posts, drafts, voice settings, instructions, product details and images. You give us permission to store, process and send that content to our service providers only as needed to run GrowTweet for you, for example to write drafts, schedule posts and publish to X when you ask. We don't claim ownership of your content and don't sell it.

8. Plans, free trial and billing

• Plans. GrowTweet offers Starter, Advanced and Unlimited plans, billed monthly in US dollars. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing section and in the app.
• Free trial. Your first subscription starts with a 1-day free trial. A card is required. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts and your card is charged.
• Renewal. Plans renew automatically every month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement shows SAMIRTS GROWTWEET.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time from Plan & billing, then Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Changing plans. Upgrades and downgrades take effect right away. Stripe prorates the difference.
• Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us and we'll review it.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may limit paid features until it is resolved.
• Price changes. We'll tell you before a price change takes effect. You can cancel before it applies to you.

9. Fair use and limits

Every plan has daily limits (for example AI credits, posts, refreshes and searches). They protect your X account and keep the Service reliable. "Unlimited" plans are subject to fair use and to X's own limits. We may slow down or pause activity that looks automated, abusive or risky for your account.

10. Third-party services

GrowTweet depends on services we don't control, including X, Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare and our AI and data providers. Their availability, rules and changes, such as changes to the X API, can affect GrowTweet. Your use of X and Stripe is also governed by their own terms.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep GrowTweet available and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that scheduled posts or automations will always run on time. We may add, change or remove features. If a change significantly reduces your paid plan, we'll tell you in advance.

12. Ending your account

You can stop using GrowTweet at any time: cancel your plan, revoke X access, and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, misuse the Service, or don't pay. Where reasonable we'll tell you first.

13. No guarantees

GrowTweet is provided "as is". We don't promise any particular number of followers, impressions, engagement, leads or income. Growth depends on your content, your audience and how X shows posts. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, reach, followers, data or account access, including actions X takes on your account. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as GrowTweet changes. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app or by other reasonable means before it takes effect. Continuing to use GrowTweet after that means you accept the updated Terms.
